Assam Public Service Commission Recruitment 2015: Assam Public Service
Commission has given the employment notification for the recruitment of
38 vacant posts where these vacancies are present in various Departments
such as assistant professor of Urology under Health & Family
Welfare (B) Department and assistant engineer in Civil/ Electrical/
Mechanical under PHE Department so in order to recruit and fill up all
these vacancies with eligible and suitable candidates.
Assam Public Service Commission has given the recruitment notification
and inviting applications from all interested and eligible applicants,
so aspirants those who are probing in the state government sector in the
state of Assam and those who have passed B.E. / B.Tech in Civil/
Electrical/ Mechanical/ Engineering discipline from any Indian or
Foreign University can apply for these vacancies through offline such as

Name of the Post: Assistant Professor and Assistant Engineer
Job Location: Assam
Age Limit: applicants age should be between 21 years to 38 years
as on the last of 1st January 2015 and age relaxation would be
applicable 3 years for OBC candidates and 5 years for SC/ST candidates.
Educational Qualification: applicants must have below mentioned educational qualification.
- For Assistant Professor: candidates must have passed M.Ch in Urology
- For Assistant Engineer: candidates must have passed B.E. / B.Tech in Civil/ Electrical / Mechanical Engineering from any Indian which was recognized by the Government AMIE (parts A&B) or Foreign University.
Pay Scale: selected candidates would be given a salary of Rs.
12,000/- to Rs. 40,000/- PM with Grade Pay of Rs. 5400/- PM plus other
allowances are permissible under the Assam state government rule.
Selection Process: Assam Public Service Commission will recruit
the applicants based on their performance in the written exam and
personal interview.
