Border Security Force BSF Recruitment 2015 for 230 Sub Inspector :
Directorate General Border Security Force has announced the employment
notification for the recruitment of 230 vacant posts and these vacancies
are present in various departments such as sub inspector (workshop),
sub inspector (master), sub inspector (engine driver), head constable
(master), head constable (engine driver), head constable (workshop) and
constable (crew) so in order to recruit and fill up all these vacancies
with eligible and appropriate candidates Directorate General Border
Security Force has issued the employment notification and welcoming
applications for Water Wing Group ‘B’ & ‘C’ posts so aspirants those
who are willing to work in the BSF and those who are passed bachelor
degree in mechanical engineering from a recognized university/ Metric
with 12th Class or its equivalent from a recognized Board or University
(where educational qualification is dependent on the post applied) can
apply for these vacancies through offline such as candidates have to

Age Limit: Applicant’s age should be between 20 years to 25 years as on
the last date of submission of application and age relaxation would be
applicable to all reserved category candidates.
Educational requirement:
For Sub Inspector (SI) Workshop: candidates must have passed B.Tech
mechanical degree or 3 year diploma in marine, mechanical, auto mobile.
For Sub Inspector (Master): candidates must have passed 10+2 and second
class master certificate issued by either central or state Inland Water
Transport Authority.
For Sub Inspector (Engine Driver): candidates must have passed 10+2 along with first class engine driver certificate.
For Head Constable (HC) Master: candidates must have passed matriculate along with serang certificate.
For HC Engine Driver: candidates must have passed 10th along with 2nd class engine driver certificate.
For HC Workshop: candidates must have passed Metric along with ITI.
For CT (Constable Crew): candidates must have passed Metric with at
least one year experience in operating of Motor Boat below 265 HP and
having knowledge of swimming.
Pay scale: selected candidates would be given a salary as mentioned below.
Sub Inspector (Workshop): 9300 - 34800 plus Grade Pay 4200
Sub Inspector (Master): 9300 - 34800 plus Grade Pay 4200
Sub Inspector (Engine Driver): 9300 - 34800 plus Grade Pay 4200
Head Constable (Master): 5200 - 20200 plus Grade Pay 2400
Head Constable (Engine Driver): 5200 - 20200 plus Grade Pay 2400
Head Constable (Workshop): 5200 - 20200 plus Grade Pay 2400
Constable (Crew): 5200 - 20200 plus Grade Pay 2000
Selection Process: aspirants would be selected based on the performance
in the written exam, physical examination, medical test and personal
interview.
