JK Police Constable Eligibility Criteria:
The candidates have to possess the below mentioned criteria as per norms.
Age Limitations:
The candidates should possess age limit as per norms of JK Police department.
Lower age limit – 18 years
Upper age limit- 28 Years
Age Relaxation:
Age relaxation is applicable for the reserved candidates.
Age relaxation of Upper age limit in case of SPOs / Volunteer Home
Guards with conditions of engagement of min of 3 years is 37 Years.
Educational Qualification Norms:
The applicants should possess the education criteria of atleast
matriculation from the recognized board to apply for the vacancies.
They have to possess below mentioned physical standards.
Physical Standards:
Height :
Male – 5’6’’
Female- 5’2’’
Chest :
Male – 32’ Unexpanded, 33 ½ ‘ Expanded
Female – No criteria
For Ladakh & Ghorka Community :
For the candidates those who belongs to Ladakh & Ghorka Community have to possess the below physical standards.
Height :
Male – 5’4’’
Female – 5’
Chest :
Male – 32’ Unexpanded ; 33 ½ Expanded
Female – No Criteria
