Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (POWERGRID) has issued the
recruitment notification for the recruitment of 35 vacant posts and

Name of the posts: engineer
Age limit: Applicant’s age should be less than 28 years as on the date
of 31.05.2015, Candidates should be born on or after 01.06.1987 and age
relaxation would be given to all reserved category candidates.
Essential Qualifications: candidates must have passed M. Tech./ MS/ ME /
M.Sc engineering / IDD (Integrated Dual Degree) in Power System or its
equivalent qualification. Candidates should have at least 65% marks or
its equivalent CGPA in B.Tech/ BE/ B.Sc engineering IDD/ AMIE.
Selection Process: Power Grid Corporation of India Limited
Will recruit the applicants based on their performance in the Personal Interview.
Application Fee: all general and OBC category candidates have to pay
application fee of 460/- and no fee for SC / ST / PWD / Ex-SM
Candidates. Where should be paid through SBI Challan at any branch of

Salary: selected applicants would be given a salary of 24900 in the scale of 24900 - 50500 (IDA) in E2A grade of Power grid.
