notification for the recruitment of 482 vacant posts of attendant cum
technician (trainee), operator cum technician (trainee) & operator
cum technician (boiler operation) posts and these vacancies are going to
recruit on permanent basis so in order to recruit and fill up all these
vacancies with eligible and appropriate candidates.

Age Limit: applicants age should between 18 years to 28 years as
on the last date of 09-09-2015 and age relaxation will be valid to 03
years for OBC candidates, 05 years for SC/ ST and 10 years for PWD
candidates.
Educational Qualification:
- For Attendant cum Technician (Trainee): Candidates should have passed matriculation and applicants must have ITI/ NCVT from Government recognized institute in any relevant trades with Heavy Vehicle Driver (HVD) License and applicants must have one year experience in operation of any Heavy Vehicle.
- For Operator cum Technician (Trainee and Boiler): Candidates should have passed matriculation and 3 years full time Diploma in Engineering (relevant disciplines) with at least 50% marks from any government recognized institute/university.
Selection Process: Steel Authority of India Limited will recruit
the candidates based on their performance in the written test and
interview or driving test.
Application Fee: all general and OBC candidates have to pay
application fee of Rs.250/- and Rs.150/- for OBC candidates through pay
in slip (SBI Challan) paid in a specially opened account No. 32549519300
at Sector -1 Branch, Bhilai, on behalf of BSP, SAIL. Where Pay in slip
(SBI Challan) should be download from the official website after filling
the required details and no fee for SC/ ST/ PWD/ ESM or departmental
candidates.
