Age limit: Applicant’s age should be less than 27 years as on the last date of submission of application form and age relaxation would be applicable to all reserved category candidates.

Educational qualification:

Diploma Trainee (Electrical): applicants must have passed Diploma in Electrical Engineering from any recognized Technical Board

Diploma Trainee (Civil): applicants must have passed Diploma in Civil Engineering from any recognized Technical Board

Junior Officer Trainee (HR): applicants must have passed Two years (Full time Course) Post Graduate Degree/ MBA in Human Resource/ Personnel Management / Post Graduate Diploma/ Industrial Relation/ MSW

Assistant (Finance): applicants must have passed B. Com from any recognized university 

Junior Technician Trainee (Electrical): applicants must have passed ITI (Electrical) pass in Electrician from any recognized Technical Board

Pay scale: selected applicants would be given a salary as given below

Diploma Trainee (Electrical): Rs. 16000-35500/-

Diploma Trainee (Civil): Rs. 16000-35500/-

Junior Officer Trainee (HR: Rs. 16000-35500/-

Assistant (Finance): Rs. 12500-27500/

Junior Technician Trainee (Electrical): Rs. 11500-26000/-

Selection process: Power Grid will recruit the candidates based on their performance in the written test, computer skill test/trade test & personal interview.
